Q. What are your rates?


A. We do not charge by the hour. Our prices start at just $45. We offer one time cleanings, 6 month agreement plans, 12 month agreement plans, pre-pay discounts, as well as free service on some plans. Please inquire about an estimate.

Q. Can I get a ballpark figure of how much it will cost to clean my home or business?

A. Our prices start at just $45. Depending on the package you choose along with several other factors, your estimate can greatly vary. Please fill out an estimate.

Q. Do you have any fees? If so, what are they?

A. Although we don't ever want or like to charge you with any fee's, sometimes we have to, in order to keep our business operational and keep coming back out to all of our customers.

Things like a Travel Fee might be necessary if you are located outside our service area (25 miles). The Travel Fee can range anywhere from $6.00-$15.00 depending on how far outside you are from our servicing area.

There is also a Lockout Fee of $25.00, please see the question labeled "What happens if I accidentally lock out Exult Cleaning Services from my home or business?" for further details.

Return Check Fee: this one is self explanatory. If you write us a check, or we receive a bounced back payment, and for whatever reason the bank charges us a fee, we will charge you a $25.00 fee unless you can get the bank to fix the issue.

Less Than 1 Business Day Cancellation Fee: We would like as much advanced notice as possible, but we only ask for 24 hour notice when canceling your scheduled service appointment, a $25.00 fee will be assessed if less then 24 hour notice is given.

Suspension of Service Fee: This one is only for our customers that would be on an agreement plan and for example would choose, or need to suspend their service for whatever reason during their agreement period. An example would be if you needed to go on vacation for one of your schedule appointments, and did not need us to come clean for that one incident. You have the option for us to not come out, and only be charged $35.00 per scenario, while your services are suspended, but you still would be required to make up this missed service at a later time. This fee can be waived if it is within the same week of the original service.

50% Non Payment Fee: 50% of total bill or Invoice, billed only if the client does not pay before start of services after we show up. Payment for services is due up front, no exceptions.

Late Fee: $15.00 is subject to be assessed when a bill is not paid in full on the due date.

We feel all these fee's are very low, and are necessary to keep the business operational so we can continue to keep the cost and savings low for you, and everyone else. All fee's are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of the staff at Exult Cleaning Services.

Priority/Saturday Service Fee: This fee can range from $15 - $20 which is for same day, next day, and Saturday services when available. This fee can be waived though for current agreement plan customers for next day and Saturday services, one of the many benefits of being and agreement plan customer if you need service in a hurry.

Q. Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

A. We bring both our own supplies and equipment, however if their is something special that you would prefer us use, just let us know and we will use your product instead.

Q. Do you clean just once or long term?

A. Most of our clients prefer us to come out on a Bi-Monthly (Twice a Month) basis, however we can clean more, or less frequently, even as a one time or special occasion, whatever might suit your needs.

Q. If there is a problem, or if something is missed, what can I do about it?

A. If there is ever a problem, please let us know right away, or no later then 24 hours, so we can correct it at no cost to you. We are all human, and sometimes we do make mistakes, but we also realize that you are paying for a service that you expect to perform, and we want to deliver on that expectation 100% of the time. We want to WOW all our customers.

Q. What time will you be at my home or business?

A. We give out 3-4 hour arrival time frames to meet all our customers demands as sometimes we might get stuck as a last minute request from a previous client.

Q. How long will it take to clean my home or business?

A. Typically, for a home or business that hasn't been cleaned in quite some time with a square footage around 1,600 might take 1 person on average about 4-5 hours, but this depends on the level of cleaning needed as well.

Q. How many people will be cleaning my home or business?

A. We are a small, family owned business, so it would just be 1-2 people, depending on our schedule for that day.

Q. If I sign up for long term service, do you offer a discount?

A. Although we don't force any type of contract on to our customers, we do offer 6 month and 12 month agreement plans, all of which offer better incentives, which offer very aggressive pricing structures. Also the more frequent the service visit, the lesser the rate. Also at the end of your agreement plans, we offer an automatic 50% discount off your first visit of your renewal when you re-sign back up for another 6 months with us again, or if you sign back up for a another 12 month agreement, on your first service of that agreement, you get 100% free service, isn't that great! We are one of the only companies out there that give out such great incentives like this and reward repeat business customers. We really want to show our appreciation!

Q. Do I need to be around when you come to clean my home or business?

A. We prefer you to be there, especially if this is your first time service with us, to ensure customer satisfaction. This is entirely up to you though, you can give us a key that we will safely store in a locked container, which will only be accessed when it comes time to performing your scheduled cleaning service, or some of our customers will place it in a predetermined area prior to our arrival.

Q. What if I need to reschedule an appointment?

A. Simply call us, things happen, we understand this. We only ask that you give us at least a 1 business day notice when doing so, as we have to plan our schedule accordingly just like you, and need to meet the expectations of all of our other scheduled services, otherwise a fee may apply.

Q. What should I do with with my pets when you come to clean?

A. Pets are always a welcomed part of the family, but in order for us to clean your home or business with the utmost efficiency, we ask the you have a way of keeping your pet(s) out of the way while we do our work. This is for both the safety and well being of your pet(s) since we usually work with so many different chemicals during the cleaning process.

Q. How do I know I can trust your staff?

A. We understand that letting a complete stranger in to your home or business can be a very nerve racking situation, especially if you are not there. Our business is fully insured and bonded, family owned and operated, and we would treat your home or business just as if we would want our home and business to be treated if a stranger was to come over. Trustworthiness is key to not only a successful business, but also in any type of relationship.

Q. What happens if I accidentally lock out Exult Cleaning Services from my home or business?

A. While we want to help you in every way that we can to keep your scheduled appointment, showing up at your home or place of business with no way to get in and do our job is never a pleasant experience for either one of us. We certainly offer a key holding solution where we lock up your key in our office that way things like this do not happen, but if this situation were to arise, we do charge a lock out fee of $25. Our time is valuable just like yours.

Q. How does your gift certificate work?

A. This is very simple. You contact us with the amount you would like to spend (maximum amount is $500.00) and we issue you your gift certificate either sent via e-mail if you need it quickly, and or we can even print it out on some nice card stock paper and mail it through the post office in a regular envelope to an address you specify. The gift certificate amount field, to field, and from field, will be left blank for you to fill out on your own to personalize.

Q. What should I do about my security or alarm system the day of cleaning?

A. If you have a security system, please make the necessary arrangements to give us access to your home or business on your scheduled day of service. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for us to utilize.

Q. What is the difference between dusting and scrubbing?

A. When we dust your home or office, we do so usually with a duster that clings or picks up the dust, or using some sort of special tool, depending on what we are dusting, to wipe or eradicate the dust that is present. Over time it may be necessary to have what is known as a scrubbing done. This is more common on items such as baseboards and blinds. Thick dirt and grime can build up over time, and a simple dust job will NOT solve this problem, so a good scrubbing which is done by hand, is always recommended to combat this problem. Scrubbing usually removes several layers of dirt left behind from many months, and in some cases, even years. This can be a very tedious process, and usually requires additional attention to detail.

Q. Do you offer same day or next day service?

A. Yes we offer both same day, and next day services which will show up on your bill as a Priority Service fee. Next Day or Saturday services are an extra $15, with a cutoff time at 2:00 p.m. and Same Day services cost an extra $20, with a cutoff time at 10:30 a.m.
